How does it work in practice?  When you wish to discuss an employment matter, you or your manager simply make contact, by telephone or e mail and we progress from that point.  Advice will be given, options made clear and tailored communications and letters will be provided at every step.  Required procedures to ensure that managers act appropriately, being aware of legal risks and boundaries, will be given in writing, all entirely situation specific.  Contact will be maintained with the manager as they progress through the procedure to give assurance, confidence and support.

All correspondence will be provided by Meridian HR, removing that time consuming and onerous responsibility from your managers.  Where helpful and requested, I will attend on site, for example, to attend management and/or staff meetings or training and briefing sessions.
